The Secret to A Successful Morning

Some people might think this is weird, and some people might think it is kind of gross, but who are they to judge me?!

At night...my kids sleep in their clothes for the next day! I have to tell you-this is life changing. No more screaming at them in the morning to get dressed (which was always our big battle). My mom and my in-laws love it (since they come many mornings at 5:30am so I can get to work), one less thing they have to struggle through in the morning. Now they get up, eat breakfast, and we waltz out the door...no big deal!

None of my kids sweat a lot in their sleep, they shower at night so they are clean when they put them on, and it works out perfectly for everyone. I am not running around trying to find a clean pair of tights or matching socks. My oldest son has plenty of time to discover that the polo I picked out is too itchy and he needs a different one. They make wrinkle-free khaki's for a reason.

This process also limits the number of pajamas I have to buy (since they only wear them on Friday and Saturday nights), which saves me a lot of money at the beginning of each season!

So before you judge me on this one, try it...just once. See what a difference it can have in making your morning go more smoothly. It works so well at our house that I even had time to sit down and write this post before school!
